Shipping & Processing Time
At Shoptique, we carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Order processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- High-volume periods
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Shoptique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier after the order has been shipped.
- Once the package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
- If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
That said, we are always happy to assist you in filing a claim or investigating issues whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Shoptique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
International Shipping
At this time, Shoptique ships within the United States only.
Any future international shipping options will be announced on our website.
